Teaching is one profession in the world that has a lot of responsibilities; they are regarded by many as the second guardian of the students they teach which makes them a critical person for the children of our current and future generation. But despite these big responsibilities as a teacher it is sad that it has a lot of issues attached to it.
In a lot of second and third world countries, low salary for the profession is generating a big concern, these results to teachers being frustrated and contributes to their loss of appetite for teaching, mainly because off the fact that they are not compensated well. Besides the low salary for
teacher jobs, these countries also lack school facilities and supplies and would you believe that in some schools a single teacher manages a class of 50 or more students. That’s how bad it is in some countries, which make teachers decide to make the jump to work abroad for greener pastures.
One of the main destinations that teachers opt for is the UK. Not only because of the better compensation and benefits but, the opportunity to grow and improve one’s knowledge in teaching at one of the premier countries in education around the world.
